ANZAC Biscuits (Diggers)
Anzac Biscuits
Also known as Diggers, these traditional Australian biscuits are really easy to make. This recipe makes about 45 biscuits, says Mary.
I say: they are truly really really scrumptious! Delicious! And easy to make!
ANZAC means: Australian and New Zealand Army Core
What do we need:
150 gr softened butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
175 gr granulated sugar
75 gr selfraising flour
75 gr dessicated coconut
100 gr porridge oats
