Chocolate Chip Cookies (with a little dusted icing)
What do we need:
100 gr softened butter
75 gr caster sugar
50 gr light muscovado sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large beaten egg
150 gr self-raising flour
100 gr plain chocolate chips
(or smash up a bar, like i did
and dust it with icing sugar, maybe)
