Chocolate Swiss Roll

Chocolate Swiss Roll

A family classic. You could decorate this roll with butter icing and use it for a Christmas log.


What do we need:

4 large eggs
100 gr caster sugar
65 gr self raisng flour
40 gr cocoa powder

For the filling:

3 tablespoons blackberry jam
300 ml whipping or double cream
whipped. ( I thought it rather a lot)
