Banana and Chocolate Chip Bars


A really healthy snack. The bananas in the middle could be replaced with dried apricots. This recipe makes 12 bars, says Mary

I say: One lonely darkening getting overripe banana needs to be joined with chocolate.



What do we need:

75 gr wholemeal self-raising flour
(health shops)
75 gr porridge oats
75 gr demerara sugar
100 gr butter
1 ripe banana, sliced
25 gr chocolate chips
(I bashed some old choccies
i found lying around)



(I am afraid i didn't have whole meal self-raising flour. I cheated a little by using normal self-raising flour and a little bit of wholemeal as i found the mixture too wet.)
